Merchants

The merchant clans are, for the most part, politically neutral, concerned only with profit; and each tends to specialize in either goods or regions. They are also generally extended family units, although one can join one of the clans as a hireling- and after some number of years, the person would be adopted into the clan, and their children automatically part of the clan, and raised as such.

  • Maresin – Specializes in oceanic shipping.
  • Volk – Centered in the Eastern area.
  • Amuli – Specializes in foodstuffs.
  • Varduun – Called ‘War-drums,’ they specialize in the instruments of war.
